Discounted Fragrances Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Discounted Fragrances only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any copies or fakes.
- All stock and prices are subject to availability.
- All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
- The prices in Euros are based on an average daily exchange rate.
When your order is processed the total actually charged may vary
dependant on the rate of exchange at that time.
- All photos are used for illustration only and are generally an
image of the fragrance bottle. Please read carefully the exact product
and packaging descriptions supplied before ordering as mistakes cannot
be rectified.
- Testers and damaged boxed stock are 100% genuine, they have never
been used or on display. Testers are not supplied free of charge and
will have on the bottle or the packaging that they are for
demonstration or not for individual sale. Please read carefully the
exact packaging descriptions before ordering as mistakes cannot be
rectified.
- Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is
purchased at the offer price. Discounted Fragrances will not offer a refund
for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.
- All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days,
although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer
will be informed of all progress.
- According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of
your details to a third party, unless you have given Discounted Fragrances
express permission to do so.
- Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion.
This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full
address details. Discounted Fragrances reserves the right to cancel any
orders if this information cannot be supplied.
- Discounted Fragrances reserves the right to deliver certain orders to
the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this
is the case.
- If Discounted Fragrances has insufficient stock to deliver the goods
ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer
an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for
the cost of the unavailable goods. Discounted Fragrances will not be obliged
to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
- Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will
be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage.
Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
- Orders not recieved
will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed,
therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.
- If an order is not received you must notify Discounted Fragrances in
writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made
after this time.
- Discounted Fragrances shall have no liability to you for any failure to
deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any
damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or
circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
- In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Discounted Fragrances will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item,
send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer
requires a fast replacement, Discounted Fragrances will recharge the
customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned
incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and
for their return postage.
- None of the above effects your statutory rights.
- We try to dispatch items the next working day but please allow 5 working days for delivery.
