Directors MessageDear Customer, Welcome to www.cutprice-fragrance.com We are a relatively new fragrance & Cosmetics retailer which only started trading in November 2007 . We pride ourselves on offering low prices and Excellent customer service. Many of you will be visiting our site for the first time and will be wondering what we are all about. My name is Gregory Long and I was personally sick and tired of the over inflated prices being charged by the High Street Perfumery Retailers on discount fragrance and perfume with many of the well known high street stores marking their products up by as much as 100%. I believe there is a space in the market for an honest retailer who makes a low profit in turn for customer loyalty and high product turnover. All our products are the genuine Manufactured item from the trademark owner. It is our aim to be the best retailer for low priced fragrance . It is my hope that by growing a large loyal customer base that in time Cutprice Fragrance become's a household name. Online retailing is not our only strategy. We plan to open stores in large town centres over the coming years to grow awareness of our Cutprice-Fragrance brand. A brand that I believe is strong and sends out a very positive message of quality at a fair price. We have already received many Customer Testimonials from customers who have been very happy with our service. We like to think we go that little bit further to make the customer happy and in turn the good old advertising of word of mouth will help us grow. We are not a Public Limited Company so we do not have any shareholders to keep happy. What we really aim for is the lowest retail pricing on the UK market and happy customers!! thats YOU!! As you can probably see we are now expanding our website to contain even more departments and products. Skin Care & Makeup Departments are now being added to our site and you will soon be able to buy products from Max Factor, Loreal & Ulay to name but a few. Please be patient with us whilst we work on building these new website pages. The Stock range is vast so it will take some time to add all our new ranges so I do apologise if you go to a page and there are no products listed. We could completely take the site offline whilst we do this operation but we do not want to upset the many Customers who visit our site daily and of course it would not be in the interest of our business!! If there is a product you cannot see we will probably have it or can get it to order very quickly.
